The Finance Department is responsible for maintaining the financial integrity and managing the day to day financial operations of the City.  Functions include:

  • Revenue collection
  • Accounts payable
  • Bi-weekly payroll processing
  • Accounts receivable
  • Reporting
  • Budget preparation and analysis
  • Cash management
  • Grant management
  • Debt management
  • Federal and state payroll reporting
  • Audit coordination
  • Water utility billing and collection 


The Finance Department employs five full time employees and one part time employee.
