Downtown Maryville
In 2014, the City of Maryville authorized a resolution of support and funding for the Maryville Downtown Improvement Organization, Inc. Updates:

The City of Maryville is working in partnership with MDIO to update the Downtown Design Guidelines from 2009. Developed as a part of the Downtown Revitalization & Economic Assistance for Missouri (DREAM) initiative, design guidelines provide a framework for development and redevelopment of properties in the downtown district. The document provides guidance to help recapture the characteristics of existing buildings and the properties that make downtown's unique. The draft version of the Downtown Design Guidelines, 2019 update is now available for public comment. Please send all comments and questions to Assistant City Manager, Ryan Heiland at rheiland@maryville.org
